- Membership Information
- At Twist N Turns, memberships are designed to be lifelong. However,
- we reserve the right to cancel memberships due to noncompliance with our policies.
- Members who have either completed their courses or have dropped out can rejoin at any time without incurring additional fees. It is important to note, however, that if a member chooses to drop out, they must wait a minimum of three months before rejoining.
- Twist N Turns retains the authority to cancel any membership due to misconduct, miscommunication, or failure to make payments. Reinstatement is possible but subject to approval.
- All communication should occur through email or official letters. Verbal communications are not accepted for official matters.
- Class Attire and Etiquette
- Adhering to the dress code is mandatory and varies according to the specific dance form.
- It is essential to carry dance shoes instead of wearing them from outside. Shoes that are dirty are strictly prohibited, and failure to comply may result in denial of entry into the class.
- We recommend bringing your own drinking water, a towel, deodorant, and a change of clothes if necessary.
- Please avoid wearing jewelry or wristwatches during classes. All personal belongings are kept at your own risk.
- Payment and Refund Terms & Conditions
- All course fees are subject to applicable GST charges.
- Twist N Turns accepts a variety of payment methods, including credit and debit cards, through a secure payment gateway.

- Paid Leave System
- Members may apply for paid leave twice during a 6-month or 1-year course duration, with a fee of Rs.100 for every 7 days.
- For medical leave, valid documents must be submitted to the administration.
- Class Schedule and Commitments
- Our Junior and Senior courses consist of 42 classes over 6 or 12 months. Class fees are applicable only for these 42 classes, ensuring that you receive full value for your commitment.
- Certification
- To be eligible for a certificate, members must maintain at least 80% attendance, which equates to 39 classes within the course duration. A break exceeding 30 days may affect eligibility for certification.
- Late Fee
- Late fees will apply after the due date, but these may be waived for those who pay online.
- Specific Rules for Open Courses
- Participants must carry a Punch Card, which should be submitted at the Front Desk prior to attending any class.
- The validity of the Punch Card can be extended for an additional charge if necessary.
