Every time I dance, I transform into a better version of myself. Words alone cannot fully capture the profound joy and freedom that dance brings me.
It feels as if I momentarily break free from the earthly bounds, and for a fleeting moment, I soar.
I am an artist at heart, and I firmly believe that everyone who loves and respects their craft is an artist in their own right. My love affair with dance began in childhood. Initially, I trained as a B-Boy, which laid the foundation for my movement and rhythm. Over time, I expanded my expertise to include a range of contemporary urban dance styles such as locking, popping, house, and other urban dance forms that are currently dominating the global dance scene.
My formal training started with one of Kolkataâs most renowned dance crews, âC.K.N,â where I honed my skills under expert mentorship. I also participated in numerous workshops led by both international and national dance icons, ensuring I stayed at the cutting edge of evolving dance trends and techniques. Since 2010, I have pursued dance as a professional career, collaborating with prestigious dance institutes and schools. Throughout my journey, I have choreographed a variety of performances, leading teams to victories at numerous school and college dance competitions.
Dance is more than a passion for me; it is the essence of my identity. Without dance, I am incomplete. I strongly believe that dreams do come true when you have the courage to chase them relentlessly.
My message to aspiring dancers is simple: believe in yourself, commit to hard work, embrace the learning journey, and above all, love the art of dance with all your heart!
